Our hiring process

The hiring process and requirements for each position will vary based on federal and state regulations, our accreditation standards, and client requirements.

1. Application

You may complete a set of application documents, then you will come to our main office for a face-to-face interview.

2. Interview & Testing

During the interview, you will be required to take and pass a written competency test and skills test if required by the position. You will then be interviewed by our Nursing Supervisor or Case Manager, where we get to know you better and understand your career goals.

3. Orientation

Your second visit to our office will be for new employee orientation, where supervisors will take you through our needed processes and working procedures. You will also be introduced to Client specific care, where we discuss the specific needs of the client you will be supporting.

4. Background Check

Because of the sensitive nature of the type of work we do, we conduct an extensive background check, including state police criminal history, 3 personal references, and 3 employment references. You will also be required to successfully pass a drug screening where required.
